A group of 6 youngsters living in a town somewhere outskirt, full of vigor, sneak out of their house at midnight and meet up at a bus stop to enjoy some banter. An old man approaches and he starts telling a dynamic story of the world as he waits for the bus which won't be coming. The film mentions Ibn Khaldun, a 14th century scientist who lived in Northern Africa adds the theme of ‘Think globally’ into the film.
Issam was born in France form Tunisian parents and raised in Strabourg's suburbs.
At 23, he gives up University to do his military service in the Western Africa during two years. He went again and stays for many years.
Africa is main source of inspiration.
"Chronique de I'Afrique sauvage"aka"Wild Africa Chronicle"is his first film.
