As a sign of support for the recent Japanese disaster, Encounters International Film Festival has teamed up with Con-Can Film Festival and presented a showcase of new Japanese film talent. This was a unique opportunity to see some extraordinary short films from Japanese creatives whose voices are now changed forever. Hiroyuki Tanimoto of the Con-Can Film festival will also be attending via Skype to give us an update on the latest relief efforts.
