Sheep breeding has implicitly existed since the Middle Ages among the Slovak mountain land.
Is their work romantic or hard drudgery?
This is a documentary about the strenght of nature, submission, and respect towards tradition. However, the focus lays upon the sheperd and his work in the alterations of time.

Lubomir Viluda (1973) and Ivan Krsiak (1977) are graduates of Academy of Arts on Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Banská Bystrica - Slovakia. They cooperate like partners from 2005. Main theme of their documentary films are living fates of ordinary people. They are authors of documentary films The Fifteenth (2005), Me and my son (2005), On the edge (2006), On the other side (2006), Where we are! (2007).
