Freddie has the neighborhood's only daily lemonade stand. One day, his archenemy Freckle Face sets up her own stand next door. In hopes of cornering the neighborhood lemonade market, Freddie and Freckle Face try to one-up each other's stands until the unthinkable happens... Ruthless capitalism from the adults' world has reached children in a lemonade standoff where the youngsters work to earn pocket money. Children’s gleeful faces belie the satire underneath.
A fourth-year student at Ryerson University in the Radio and Television Arts Program. "Lemonade Stand-Off" is her first short film. She won the grant through the "Lemonade Stand-Off"(2005).
