Air raid sirens sound. We hear explosions. A young girl is dragged off to an air raid shelter. There she draws a dog who gobbles up all the weapons in the world, restoring peace. No, not all. This combination of real footage with the animation emerging from the girl's drawing makes this an extraordinary antiwar film.
