Gorgeous computer graphics depict the world of DNA, the blueprint of life. The director studied pharmacy in college, but at age 30 embarked on a whole new career. In this poetic work he shows how DNA guides the creation of proteins.

After graduating a pharmaceutical university I took a job at a drug company and worked there as a salesman, but at the age of 30 dropped out and took the oppertunity to change fields. Presently I am working to visualize films specializing in life science.
This film will be my first work.

美しい・・・生物がいかに複雑かつ精妙か・・・科学系（だけじゃないでしょうが）の映像をこれから担っていかれることを期待してます。
部分の拡大説明だけでなく、一つの大きな流れを表現した映像を観てみたい。

アニメーションの色使いがとても繊細ですね！でも８分間ずっと同じ調子で少し飽きてきてしまったので、もうちょっとコミカルな楽しい感じならいいなーと思いました。

Now I feel like a scientist.
I am lucky I did not concentrate on science all that much in High school, as I was bound to watch this movie. I guess after watching this movie 5 times in a row I feel like an expert on DNA and enzymes. Who says “you can only learn at a young age”!!!
