When the Giant came back his home after a long absence, he finds children playing in his garden. In anger, the giant builds a wall around his garden, but for some reason the wall blocks out the advent of spring. Blinded by his own arrogance, the giant finally realizes what is really important thanks to one small boy. The answer he finds is one that will surely ring true in anyone’s heart.
Born in Tokyo and active as free-lance illustrator from 1991. Graduated from Setsu-mode Seminar, completed B-seminar screening system course, discontinued studies at the Department of Moving Images and Performing Arts, Tama Art University and completed 1st semester studies at The Film School of Tokyo. Presides over the Animation Kaigi and has held exhibitions of his own works at Suikato, Asagaya, Dentsu Ad Gallery, Harajuku Graphic Station, HB Gallery, Omote Sando, 4℃, Daikanyama, Ginza Recruit G8 Creation Gallery. He has also participated in “AtopicSite” sponsored by Metropolitan Tokyo, presented works at the “Daenjo no Hibi” project, participated in “Earth Works” in Haizukachiku, Hiroshima from 1996 to 1998, and has taken part in numerous workshop projects and group exhibitions.
Active in wide range of fields including picture book illustration, stage art, web picture book production, advertising, magazine illustration and book cover design.
